In the month of July 2023 I req Airtel to change my bill plan but they changed including my billing cycle without my knowledge.
On July ending 2023 made a call to net team, but team gave false commitment that it will be changed and again today in the month of Jan 2024 I made call again still did not change at all. And Airtel team mentally torturing me on this
