I bought TIMES PRIME Subscription from Airtel Thanks App and made a payment of INR 799/- through my Citi Bank Credit Card on 30/07/2021. However, even after successful payment, I did not receive any subscription for TIMES PRIME. I took up the matter with Airtel through 121 Customer Care on 31/07/2021, but no resolution was provided, rather my complaint was closed without providing any resolution. I sent an email on 04/08/2021 explaining the issue and attached the screenshot of payment made by me, but I never received a revert in the context. I have sent multiple emails to Airtel by 02/09/2021, but all in vain. There is not even a single reply from Airtel. I have been through a lot of harassment. I have called up the Airtel customer care multiple times by now, but no resolution has been provided even after more than a month has elapsed. Kindly help me to get the refund and Airtel may kindly be made to pay for the harassment caused.
