Image Uploaded by Dhruv:Complaint against Airtel. Have been calling Airtel since 12june to upgrade the net package. No follow ups, no calls from the team to come and change the router. The plan cycle has already started, why should I pay when the router is not updated with the new plan. The team is not proactive to solve the issue, each time I have to talk to a new person & explain the request.
