Text of Complaint by Mr. ATUL:

I purchased AGARO Royal Stand Mixer on 02 Sep 2025 after 2 months it has multiple problem years. Being in warranty period of 2-year Warranty. I have been calling Agaro service since 8 Dec on call and email and sent all required documents. I was given complaint number, which was closed by Agaro without solving my problem. Once side it is being told that the part is being delivered by Subhankar Hazra, service specialist (7596014703) that the spare parts of AGARO Royal Stand Mixer are being arranged but till 22 Dec 2025 was not arranged. On 23 Dec 2025 including Whisking Cone, Mixing Beater & Dough Hook, and Splash Guard “AGARO Royal Stand Mixer” had been picked up by UNIVERSAL SURFACE (Saller of Agaro) on 27 Dec,2025.

After one Month, i was delivered Defaulted “AGARO Royal Stand Mixer” worth Rs. 3900/- once again but the actual cost was 6,378/-, when i try to contact with Agaro service team they gave me another complaint number, instead to solve previous once and closed it.

Today i.e 03 Jan, 2026 i was delivered spart part bearing actual weight 1 kg as per courier receipt but the actual weight was 50gm. Now, i don’t have AGARO Royal Stand Mixer for which i already paid.

Being called multifil times, no reply neither on email or call is being given.
