Dear Sir/Madam,
First of all this app have lack an Infomation like interests rate.
Unfortunately – I had installed this app for taking a loan of 50K but how it has no information about the Interest Rate so, I had closed in mid of way but somehow Rs. 9000 loans are being approved, and the amount is reflected in my SBI account on date 29-July-2022
But sir before the amount was reflected i had mailed them to please to close the application via mail id : xxxxmondal4@gmail.com.
Ok that is ok . and after the 7 days on 5th of August, 2022 they asking to pay Rs. 16472.00 to them , but i had told them about the issue so the person said to Send the taken money so i instally send the money Rs. 9000.00 to them via Phone Pay to their Account – UPI Id – suresh71kumar02@esaf.
So , Now i am relaxed as the app is not opening via OTP so I think they had closed the file.
But again they call via whats on 12-Aug-2022 ask asking for Rs. 16472.00 again and said to pay me or they will harass me. and share all my phone contacts and told me that they will call my family member and harsh all of them and use slang with them.
So, I shared the conversation with their member on 5-August-2022 and they said they had suspend him because of this reason. And send me a link to pay Rs. 7472.00 . I will pay that not the matter but. Is it legal way to solve a customer wrong handel issue.
