I want to launch a complaint against Aadhaar cash as they took money from for loan stating some loan processing charges and did not processed any loan further despite of making a payment, I got the info from Facebook www.aadhaarcash.com for borrowing loan and I applied for loan mount of 30k.
- I filled all necessary information and given all my docs too they asked my pay Rs 249/- for service charge to process the loan after that they asked me to pay Rs 1250/- for file charge and I paid that, then again they asked me to pay Rs 1800/- for agreement fee, I paid that too for the loan because I was in need of that loan as I didn’t receive my salary and was in a bad situation but they again charged me Rs 2250 for insurance fee staing my area falls under negative zone to provide loan due to pandemic so I paid that too just to get the loan but rather disbursing the loan amount they again asked me to pay bond fee of Rs 4800/- that I didn’t pay as I was suspicious about getting the loan after paying this money too so I didn’t pay that amount and mailed on their support email but I received no respond. I reported the same to police, cyber cell, bank and razorpay link, I reported there too but no help. Please help me to get my money back they are fraud. I dnt want any loan from them I just want my money that they taken from me. I am a independent BPO worker who is totally dependent on my salary, I have nothing to spent and take care of myself. I seek help from them and they cheated me in my bad situation. Please help me I beg you Sir/ Mam.
