Dear team,

I’ve been a jio user since I started using a cell phone, and I have placed an order for another jio number for my family member.
And got the confirmation call for the same and the customer executive didn’t ask for any charge, after I got my sim card, the executive asked for Rs 240/ as sim card charge.
Then I called jio customer care almost 4 times to understand what kind of charge should I have to pay because I hadn’t seen any of the costs in the jio application. I said to him.
and also I want to address the MNP center that is located in the jhunjhunu district, and the contented person is Rakesh Kumar Sharma, content: 6375071125 and he sent another person for sim delivery, the person named Vimal Kumar Verma and I have paid the person.
Also, i said to the person I don’t want to recharge this sim card, I’ll do it on my own customized as I required but he denied it completely saying, you will have to take it from my store otherwise I don’t give you a sim card. you will have to pay Rs 240/
also, I requested a complaint on call and the customer care executive shared the SR number for the same, SR00001GQ5LO. I’m attaching the screenshot of the screen that i have paid him via the online system through PhonePe
