My name is Mayuree Boruah from Pune, and I am writing to bring to your attention a fraudulent activity by individuals running a studio called 7SeasStudios in Goa. The owners, Sairaj Naik and Vedika Naik, have been taking money from clients for photoshoots but failing to deliver the promised services.
I had my pre-wedding photoshoot scheduled in Goa on January 7th, 2024, after finding their services online. We paid an advance of ₹6,600 on November 12th, 2023 (screenshots attached). However, after this payment, their responses became delayed and sporadic. Eventually, we confirmed January 7th, 2024, for the photoshoot and arrived in Goa on January 6th. Despite this, they were still unresponsive.
On the day of the shoot, Sairaj Naik was unprofessional and rude. At the end of the session, we had a disagreement, but we still paid 70% of the remaining amount. I have attached screenshots of all transactions.
Once we returned to Pune, Sairaj stopped responding to our calls and messages. After numerous attempts, we received a few photos, but the video delivery was delayed for months. As our wedding was approaching on March 4th, we had no choice but to move forward without the promised content. This caused us significant distress and disappointment.
Recently, I came across an Instagram post where others have shared similar experiences with these individuals, revealing a pattern of fraud. They have since blocked me and my family on both WhatsApp and Instagram.
