Dear sir/ madam

Im using vodafone sim, service provider is not giving service properly & my call is enable to connect with their customer case.

I was recharged last time by 398 rs. Pack was unlimited 4G net & calls anytime anywhere.

but in my home & area. Network is getting fluctuating & calls as well as internet is getting stopped down in middle & fluctuating.

plz.  look in to these matter & take necessary action.
