I have registered my complaint to Vodafone in March and my complaint no is 523681114. From March to Jun Vodafone executive is telling me same thing that there is issue from network end and they are resolving it asap.

Today my friend given me idea to install vpn on mobile and check the same.

I have started the vpn and found suddenly I am getting very good 4g speed. Now my question is If I am using same network of Vodafone then how I am not getting the 4G speed without vpn?

I have called Vodafone customer care but they don’t have answer of these question. Really very pathetic service and they are just lying with consumers and not providing value for money.

I think Jio is much much better service provide then them.
