Text of Complaint by Rohit Thomas:

Hi
My Name is Rohit Thomas and I am a customer of Tata from last 8 years now I am writing this to complaint about your customer support executive his name is Pawan who took my call on 6th of aug 10:10 pm he was an unprofessional person I gave my issue he did not recognised that he did not even checked my details . And said he is transfering my call to the concern team , he did not transfered my call as well because no music I was able to listen a dead air sound was there after 4-5 minutes he came back and said taking time to transfer he did not put me on hold he put me on mute and after 20 minutes call got disconnected from his end .
I was waiting a person to take care of my issue for 13 minutes no one came .
I am totaly unsatisfied with the respond and the unprofessional behave and decided to leave TATA.
Because if these kind of supports you have then no one will stay with TATA
