I have ordered a dress from Moongoddess Couture. I have paid the Product Amount 299 and then the vendor asked me to pay 150 rs for shipping. after 3 days of order delivery boy is asking me to pay 699 rs for shipping, after paying the amount they said to pay the amount again in 2 parts and giving the reason that GPS has been blocked due to payment issue. now they are asking me to pay GST amount of rs 1598.
