my complaint regarding the airtel service provider. issue with the network call dropping network issue. Last 7-9 days facing an issue with call forwarding.alredy complaint on 198 or mailed also. but no response from the airtel side. I’m shocked nodal department is not given any response. 3rd feb 2023 complaint still pending. (REQUIEST ID -4626661156175) against the unable to make a call or received the call.
my previous complaint regarding the call forwarding from airtel customer care its closed (floor supervisor Shivani) Given me this information. But someone called me on Wednesday a morning 11.12 am mobil no is. 8302867129 last one our so many complaint but i am paying full amount of my bill. But now I’m not ready to be paying nothing till the service is not improve.
