Hi.
I’m Naveen, I made a recharge of Rs. 598.0 on 06/07/2020 through ph.No : 9949140979. The money has been deducted from my bank account but recharge has not been activated.
I complained about this issue the next day. A service member has contacted me and said that I’ll receive the refund within 10 days .
It’s been 11 days I still didn’t got my refund back.
When will I receive my refund?
Please respond immediately and take an action over my complaint.
