Hi iam bharathi, iam complaint about pleasure trip holidays (Anna nagar)

Company persons made a call to us that you have Maruti Car and you won free holiday vouchers and we complete 15 years and we were giving free trip holiday vouchers only for selected peoples and only today aLoan , and ask us to come and collect it. The moment we step in, they mesmerize, give whatever false commitments/promises they can to pay you money but they show their behavior later on.
Initial Period they’ll say they’re tied up with big names in all tourist spots and they’ll show you even the photos of the Resorts they have agreement with (Anyone can arrange an Oil Printed Sheet with all Star Hotels in their brochure). We paid 9850 for membership then they told as no need to pay any amount for stay and they I’ll provide breakfast and cab in this amount.
Initially I don’t know a that they are fraud. I tried to book travel package under my membership but they didn’t respond me for my call and mail for a week.Then we went to office to book trip, they asking us to pay certain amount for booking hotel, the mailed hotel price cost 11500, but they were asking to pay 8000.Already I paid 9450/-, Initially they din ask us to pay any amount ,then only i searched their name in google , many of them raised complaint about the company then only i came to knew about their true colour. kindly take action help us and refund our amount
