I’m a Jio Air Fiber customer and my internet has been down for the past 3 days at both my home and office. Despite multiple calls to customer care, my complaints have been closed without resolution, and I’m receiving messages stating they’re resolved. This outage is causing significant business disruption, and I’m seeking compensation for my 3-day loss.
