One day suddenly i got a message on WhatsApp from one madam about the form filling job . I just sent my Voter card as per her requirement and she send me id pasword link on my email id. She never told me about any penalty or any legal actions if work not get done on time. I got hospitalised suddenly and there work completion time get over. And suddenly on 27 aug 2022 i got one legal notice from there side from Gujrat court as mentioned there.
They called me and threatened me and said pay 6910 rs and your agreement will get cancelled. I paid them 6910 rs after that they demanded 34500 rs as final payment. I paid that also bcz i was scared and they kept on threathing me about the legal notice.
After that they again demanded 15594 rs…. I paid that also bcz of threat. And they send me NOC of the cancelled agreement.
But yesterday i got message from one another number about the summon letter and they also demanded about the money first 20500 rs and after sometime 15500. They said this is final amount and you will get the cancellation documents soon. But today they again demanding 16700 rs as final amount and when i asked about the case they threatened me again about the legal notice and all.
Do take action against as i already paid approx 93000 to them without anything did.
