I have raised a complaint regarding the issue with my internet, however, the complaint has been raised and I have received the technician details as well, but when I contact the technician, the technician is telling that he didn’t receive any complaint and when I contact the customer care, they are informing to escalate and follow up but it never happened. I have been facing the frequent disconnection issues in my place. Had a very bad experience
