Sub: complained about telegram online cheating.

I want to buy iphone,in that time my friend told about TElEGRAM MUMBAI CUSTOM SHOP in that telegram channel i saw iphone xs its price was in channel is RS.4000.channel admin gave his information via adharcard,driving licensce,and also he have 82k subscribers so i trust that channel and send advance Rs.2000 now he blocked my contact i can’t reach him so kindly consider my query and take action about this.
