Some fraud happen with me from Tatasky. I am using Tatasky service since last 8 yrs without any problem. But now i came to my home town due to this covid and i applied one request for account temporary suspension on 6th of March. This request also applied. That time account balance was Rs.980.
On April 30th i got one message from tatasky that account got reactivate automatically. I understand the message and on the same day i again applied for temporary suspension on 30th April where i got one message that request in process and will approve next 24hrs. Then i assured that again next two months my account will be temporary suspend but while i checked few days back that my balance amount is Rs. 31.80.
I called immediately to customer service for this issue if my account is suspend then how amount got deducted. They told me that this mistake happen from their end and they will not refund my money back also.
Can you please check and refund my money back. Its forcefully these people are stealing the money from user without knowledge of customer also.
Please take proper action and i need my money back.
