Dear sir,
Since service of Idea was not satisfactory, airtel has been choiced. Accordingly, my number has been changed to airtel through Airtel service centre OCF Road Avadi.
My old service provider Idea was disconnected on sunday 29/11/2020). I requested Airtel OCF Road Avadi (lady) staff to recharge my already paid amount Rs. 350 /-. for that they did not respond after that they switched off.
On Monday, Airtel staff on leave again I faced the same problem. she didn’t respond, simply switch off the phone. I got connected around 12.00 hrs. on Monday by your staff after repeated reminders over the phone. I could not contact through my phone from early sunday to next noon of Monday even though I paid for my new connection Rs. 350 /-. Here payment does not matter, how service is provided to customers.
Our main motto to approach airtel as service of Idea was not satisfactory. Advertisement in media of Airtel tells about customer satisfaction and complaints to be made zero. Now the behaviour of Airtel staff is making us fed up.
So, I kindly request to give advice to staff at Airtel OCF Road, Avadi branch to amicable behaviour with customers.
This is my personal suggestion to the esteemed Bharti Airtel Organisation.
I really appreciate it if any out come through this mail.
