I am writing to complain about the slow internet speed I have been experiencing with my Jio connection. I have been a customer of Jio for over 3 years and have always been satisfied with the service until recently.
For the past few weeks, my internet speed has been consistently slow. I have tried restarting my router and modem, but this has not resolved the issue. I have also checked my APN settings and they are correct.
I am a student and I rely on my internet connection for my studies. I am also a freelancer and I use my internet connection for work. The slow internet speed is making it difficult for me to do my work and I am losing money as a result.
I have called Jio customer service several times but I have not been able to get any help. I have been told that there is an issue with the network in my area and that it is being investigated. However, I have not received any updates on the status of the investigation.
I am very disappointed with the service I have received from Jio.
