I joined DevOps program on 31st august 2022 with simplilearn online live class which has promised to start from 6th Sept’22, there were no such live batches started and not even get the credential to check the content online. Now, then I changed my mind to drop the course and informed on 11th Sept’22 to Executive Basudev to cancel. After my request he did not speak and even not respond one whatapp number which he has given me at the time of enrollment . The total amount was Rs approx 32000 which I need to pay with emis in 12 months. I have been keep emailing and calling but they are forcing to continue the course or swap the course and after some email they stopped responding.
It is complete a trap and scam with new learner and they are forcing not cancel the call and stooping the freedom of choice and action.
I would like to raise a legal complaint and notice against this trap organization on the name education “Simplilean”. Such that, no other soul become victim of this trap and I need my money back because I did not uses their even one day resources.
