“One day, I received a call from a shop deck sales executive (though I’m unsure how they got my number). They briefly explained the services they provide: creating ecommerce stores/websites, managing logistics, payments, and conducting Facebook marketing (social media marketing) for businesses to sell products online, all for a 3% commission. Initially, we had to pay Rs. 5000 upfront, refundable if we continued business with them for at least 3 months. Once paid, they would create a website for us and start promoting our products on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. However, sellers were required to personally fund a minimum of Rs. 1000 per day (Rs. 30,000 + GST per month) for this promotion.

I agreed to their suggestion to wait a minimum of 6 months to see profits and began working with them. They commenced promoting my product-based business online from November 2023. However, from November until April 5, 2024, they were unable to make the business profitable. Suddenly, I didn’t receive any orders in April 2024. After waiting a week, I contacted them regarding this, and they responded by stating they had paused my promotions because my account was not profitable. After that, they provided no further updates on my account.

Believing in their assurances, I had invested Rs. 3 lakhs in product sourcing and am now in debt. I escalated the issue to higher officials as their support team paused my promotions without informing me and failed to provide updates. They simply apologized and did nothing else. I advise against doing business with them if you are a startup company. I am raising this complaint to inform others about them. When someone searches for them on Google, they will find nothing from a third-person perspective to read about.”
