We went to Mahabaleshwar on 27th Jan’23. A person approached us with scratch card of royal club saying that we will get gift out of 4 mentioned in gift card. He asked us to go to the hotel to claim our gift. In hotel we meet Priyanka who pitched with various membership plans around 2 hours. It was assured that if you want cancelled the service because of any issue then it is refund by 7 days.
However when I saw the agreement which was shared after gpay which was showing the amount is non-refundable which was completely false commitment from Sales team. So after 1 week I ask them to cancel membership however sales team said it is not possible to cancel once you get welcome call from customer service executive.
I did not received any call from them and my membership was activated. After sending an email, i got response that membership is not refundable. Request you to resolve my issue
