I ordered wonderchef nutri-blend mixer, grinder & blender on 25th sept2022. As product & quality was not good so request for return n refund. And i ordered another product also. Today is 10th oct22 still product has not been picked up. Lot of times i have called to customer care complaint them for pick up request. As i was getting answer from them is maam seal is going on it will take time etc etc.. you all can check my recording how many times i have called them as i am prime member of amazon. They are taking my request for pick up & giving me confirmation that your pick up will be done by tomorrow, but still product is with me. No one has came to pick up for return item. I would request you to kindly look into it & give me confirmation for return product to be pick up. I am very much irate now by calling them requesting them. i want you to take some strict action on it. i request the return n refund request on 29th sept 2022 , nothing has been done. Reply as soon as possible.
