hi Team,
i have order the fully automatic onida washing machine on 20-Jan-2023 with order ID;- OD327104983720849100. the delivery is done on 21-Jan-2023. the installation team is coming at 22-Jan-2023, at the time of installation they find the product is defective with non working of motor and spin, I have generated request on 22-jan-2023 for the replacement of this product. the next date is given by the Flipkart is 29-Jan-2023, after this Flipkart automatically reschedule the delivery date to 7-Feb-2023, when I have tried to discuss the matter they are making excuses and tried to avoid the matter by changing dates.
