Text of Complaint by ANKIT JAISWAL:

Sir I ordered some products from Flipkart and I got damaged products so I requested them to replace my product and they initiated the replacement and said me to wait till 11th of October and on the 11th the delivery executive came to my doorstep and then he denied to replace my product and said me to contact customer care again. He told me that he hasn’t got any instructions to replace my product. Then I contacted the support they said me to wait again till 15. I don’t know what to do know they are neither providing me refund nor replacing my product they are just giving me time frame and saying me to wait again and again. This is all just frustrating me alot.
