I booked a ticket from Delhi to Varanasi on 13th July 2022 and the didn’t provide any ticket and send me a mail and call also. they said your refund will be refunded on your same transaction methods within 7 to 10 days but still now I don’t know why they refunding me. Even I called several times to that particular customer care numbers and they just saying same thing.
