Purchased fireboult smartwatch on flipcart Faulty product received . Bluetooth disconnecting several times . Check on multiple devices. Seems to be software issue.Return requested within four days . ( 7 day return applicable) Product received on 12 August 22 and returned requested on 16 th August 22. Approval call scheduled on 19 Augest but no response till date from flipcart. Chat and update are disable. No response from customer care after multiple followups. Every time they assured that will get resolution in 24 hrs but not responding. Need resolution on top top priority.
