Text of Complaint by SHEIKH SURAJ:

  1.  I am an Amazon prime customer, and I booked one REALME NARZO 30 PRO smartphone with eold mobile exchange offer. And the delivery was expected on 13 July but due to some external reasons from Amazon side I didn’t received my product. Today 15th July one of the agent reached to my address around 11 am and he refused to take my exchange product by putting an reason that , I don’t know the exchange procedure and I will send one agent before 3 pm but I didn’t get any agent till now 9 pm.
  2. That morning agent received my call at 6 pm and asked he will inform to management then i got call from that particular agent having my product he called me around 8 pm and said I will be reached at your address within 1 hour but still he didn’t came. And continuously disconnecting my call again and again.
  3. Pathetic really pathetic service to prime customer this is disgusting. Amazon India .
  4. Flipkart is much much better than yours service they know how to deal with Customers and how to respect people.
