Even though I have enjoyed every bit of your services for quite some time now, I must admit that of late, the quality of your services has been wanting. Besides, I receive messages and recharge warnings repeated from you. And when my unlimited pack validity is about to get over, internet speed fluctuates alot and I receive many recharge warnings which are disturbing me too much.
I live in Khansahib, Budgam. Here every time when electricity is gone network signal is also lost. Because your network tower fails to provide network because of no electricity.
Definitely, I have the leeway to jump ship and cross over to another telco provider. However, I have thought it wise to stay on and fight from within.
Kindly make appropriate arrangements to remedy the twin issues.
