i have a airtel black connection , as i relocated to new location no any engineer came to set the router , even after multiple feedbacks of poor connection. rather then to mitigate the issues airtel is keep raising bills , even when we already informed that we are unable to use Wi-Fi services due to poor connection properly. after multiple calls from airtel black team ensure to short out the issue ,but till now no any engineer or technician reached to resolve the issue .
therefore we are not liable to pay any charges and we request the airtel black team to kindly wave all charges first along with fixing of the network issues without any charges , else we are going to discontinue services after 3 days of this mail.
