We have a new Paytm Soundbox and Paytm Swipe Machine, facing issue in sound box from last 10-12 days. Multiple calls to the person installed the box and multiple calls to customer care as well and received no response. The box is not getting charged and we are unable to know if the money is received or not, as we can not ask customer to wait and let us check if we received the money or not. We want to get the box changed within 24 hours or need full refund of sound box and swipe machine as well, we get the other machine installed instead of Paytm. If the issue is not resolved my next point of contact will be through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platform including all higher authorities of PayTM.
