i have used Paytm postpaid balance of 1000 rupees … I’ve not paid it on time due to some financial issues… today when i tried to settle my dues , it shows Rs 3704 including late fees.. they add excessive late fee and didn’t informed me about their excessive penalities of using postpaid and overdues .. I am ready to settle my due if they remove the late fee or decrease it
