Sir, today on 20.12.2022 at around 7 pm, I called the customer service of Lightning Rupee App and get contacted to a person named himself as Rahul Kumar, customer service of Lightning Rupee App and briefing him about how to closed the loan amount that I have taken from the said App. Later he said that I have to pay Rs 3600 inorder to closed the loan application and I already did. He said give him 5-10 minutes so i waited but no reply from him. Sir now when I called him back it said no service and I called him through WhatsApp then he responds saying that it can be process by tomorrow. Sir I have already paid him Rs 3600 to closed the loan application but in vain. Sir while i called him in the first time I asked him whether you are a fraud or not but saying that he is not. I asked for a proof later he send me the adress i.e, 9H5C+C2F, Sadak Seoni, Madhya Pradesh 480882, but till now he’s not doing anything so please help me.
