I have ordered the fast charger or travel adopter of Samsung on flipkart at 13 aug 2022 by order number OD125722572291485000. That has been received with invoice number FALD4E2300000142 at 17 aug 2022.
The adopter is not in working condition with my samsung mobile and not connecting then i have tried to return/replace on flipkart. On that time, flipkart online portal was not accepting my request and suggesting me to go at nearest service center.
I have gone with that suggestion and tried to replace the product by samsung authorized service center situated at sadar bazar, jhansi.
Now, yesterday we got the answer from the service center about the product that product is not original and printed serial number on the product and their box is different i.e. R37M7GPHBH1DK3 with manufacturing date 16 Sep 2021 (printed on product) and R37R1NA1BJ7DK3 with manufacturing date 04 Apr 2022(printed on Box).
These details also verified by me and my family members.
Now i am very tensed and not satisfied with these type of service of Flipkart after using the 7 years. I am also feeling cheated by the flipkart.
Now i am expecting that you will consider the value of loyal customers and solve my issue with the proper and strict decision.
So, now please see this matter with highly concentration and give me helpful reply with replace the product by considering the brand value of flipkart.
