Hello sir, I am gopal majumdar, I have work assigned from Oracle data consulting. They gave me 100 image for typing. I received call from aptech and there was a madam told me that we give you 100 images for typing in txt format, time limit is 8 days duration but didn’t told me about penalty fees 6999/-. Actually after read this agreement I found that they put a condition for penalty fees pay if you not submitt the work before given time period or if your accuracy less than 80%. But My accuracy was 76% when i got final result. Now they harras me to give penalty.

I don’t understand what can i do? My family problem is very serious. I have not work at this time due to covid-19. But I told him I will give them penalty as possible as But then harras me again and again. In the agreement, They not mention limit time or certain time to pay penalty fees.
