Text of Complaint by Dhaval Patel:

ordered a product and i received wrong product. It took several days to recieve my order but i got wrong product. And there is no return policy. When I open website of Ladicazun I can’t find return option in their website. I pay 799rs online via phonepay. And the address and mobile number written on packet was wrong.
