Hello Sir/ Madam,
I am Dibyendu Karmakar, done the Data entry work with the Company named Titan Professional based in Dahod, Gujrat. They gave me work of 380 form filling job. I was asked to complete 380 forms in 04 days and an agreement was made of 04 days. They registered me on 16th October 2021 and nearly at 4pm I was given the photo copy of my Aadhaar Card, DL and Passport Photo to start the work they told me to submit the work on or Before 18 th October 2021. I completed the works with 98 percent accuracy within the prescribed time and rechecked the work. They said me to wait for the QC Report to generate. They took nearly 1 day to generate the report. When they generated final report I noticed that the mistakes they had pointed are fake and they have done by their own side because I have checked them all before submitting and I have proofs against them I have screenshots of the forms before submitting and also after their report They had made my forms wrong and are now calling me from the number
+918768360542 and asking me for the refund because the work is wrongly done (which actually is correct they had made wrong by their own side) and I refused to do so because I pointed their fraud so they said that they will take legal action against it and threatened me to pay the fees or they will file a FIR against me. I have blocked their calls and messages. Now what should I do?? They are threatening me repeatedly with the help of Advocate Vishal Bhatt (+919564309371) as per their telephonic conversation.
