I ordered one plus buds Z2 head set from banjara electronics. I received products with defective . One side headset not there i have video proof.i asked to banjara for replacement. There side ask to need that defective product. I sent the defect product to respective address as per banjara sent on sep 6th. Delivery acknowledged proof i have. But still now no refund and replacement from banjara side. Please help to bring my money or product from banjara electronics.
