- My name is Menuka Sundas. I live in Sikkim Rangpo East Sikkim near rangpo check post. I bought this Tata Sky connection from a man who says himself that he is the manager of Tata Sky for the area of sikkim rangpo and his name is Subhas Biswakarma. From few days i am facing some signal issue problem and i complaint him that kindly please solve the problem of signal its been a one week and today when i said him he told me that he can’t help me out and he told me that to solve this problem please call someone local technician and make it solve and he will pay that technician and when i did that the technician asked me money as i have been customer of Tata Sky from 2 months it means i should have a free visit even though i told that Shubham kindly please pay the money the local technician is waiting and he refuse me to pay the money and that local technician what he did i don’t know he made again problem with the signal and then the signal went back and from that time i am facing the signal problem again and when i said to Subash Biswakarma he shouted at me using slang words do whatever you want and bla bla.. i mean like how can a man say abuse words such type of slang words to a lady ? Is this the way to treat the customer if is this so then please i am going to disconnect the Tata Sky and i swear i won’t use this DTH again and i want you to haveĀ an enquiry about that person Subhash Biswakarma who say himself that he is the manager of Tata Sky from Sikkim Rangpo and i want a quick action on him or else i am not going to use this Tata Sky again i will sell the set top box and i won’t use it again.
