Hello sir , I want to tell you that my no is 161-4609039 I deactivate my account on 9 January but one of the employees forced me to continue that I told him I have no need of this but he say I give you trial pack for this you have to pay nothing for a month after month our team call you and ask you about experience if you want to continue than it will continue otherwise it’s automatically close or deactivate account .

I say ok but after month no one call I think it was close but bill is generated than I call on 121 but it’s not working than I talk to the employes about problem but they say you have to pay .

First of all you have check my usage than you can see that I m not using that data . So why should I pay its your employ fault now plz tell me how much I have to pay . I pay only for my usage
