I took loan from patme india app , on 10 th November 2021 i made the payment through phonepe , the payment was successfull , but my loan acount not updated and one of the reprentative called me that my loan amount of Rs.7082 has not been received , i sent screenshot of payment , but they said the payment was failed and money has refunded , but till date i haven’t received my money , although i have made another payment with overdue , i think the app is making fool to borrowers in this way , please take neccessary action against this app , so that people may get justice .
