Dear sir,
This is a complaint about the behaviour of the seller SZ Motorcycle Industries to whom i have made an order for a spare.
My order no-463210 made on 29/08/2023. I paid ₹1779/- for purchase of TVS WEGO FRONT BOTTOM PANEL -1NOthrough theor official website Www.safexbikes.com..
Till date i have not received any communication from them acknowledging the receipt of my order and payment.
I sent several emails to their sales department , whatsapp messages to their official business sccount and slso sent messages through my account in their website. Though my login account in their website shows my order still pending, my grievance is why cant they respond to my communication. Why cant they give me a definite date for deluvery, ,and give an update???
Totally ghis shows that their marketing/sales people and the company administration have no respect for their customers.
Inhope my complaint in this forum will open their eyes.
