Respected Sir,Madam
I purchased 3 Nirlon non-stick pans few days back from Amazon.They arrived in 2 packages.One with Dosa pan and other contained one grill pan and one small size (7) uttapam making pan. Package containing 2 pans did not have outer Nirlon box for both pans,. Wooden spatula and scrubber for both pans were missing and Nirlon Sticker was loosely kept on pan instead of being adhered to pan.Grill pan had white marks on inner walls and edges as if pan was used.They were removed easily with soap and water. When I opened Dosa pack yesterday ,it was properly packed in outer Nirlon box with wooden spatula and scrubber and sticker was normally adhered to pan. I bought these pans to give as a gift to loved ones.so I was actually disturbed with the idea that I have gifted incomplete gift and either a used or a duplicate pan to someone whom I love so much.I am a regular customer of Amazon.I expect you to take a action and rectify it in whatever way you can. Complaint about Nirlon non-stick pans I purchased few days back from Amazon.I purchased 3 non-stick pans of Nirlon brand. I received 2 packages.One contained grill pan and small (7) uttapam making pan .Other contained Dosa pan. First package had 2 pans without outer Nirlon packaging. Nirlon Sticker was not stuck to pan but just accompanied in plastic packaging for both pans. Wooden spatula that accompanies with any non-stick cookware was missing for both pans. Also scrubber that accompanies with other pans was missing. Grill pan had white marks on inner walls and edges as if pan was used.They got cleaned easily with soap water.one screw for fixing handle was missing.I bought Nirlon brand for first time.so thought that they don’t provide these accompaniments.so though I noticed and was upset about deficiencies,I neglected it.but yesterday when I opened Dosa pan package,I realized that it was properly packed in Nirlon box with wooden spatula and scrubber and 2 screws for fixing handle like any other good brand. Nirlon Sticker was fixed to pan.I bought all three pans to give as a gift to loved ones..so I was dismayed at this incidence.I have doubts now that if I happened to purchase duplicate or used pans.I am a regular and devoted Amazon customer and I am really upset about this shopping. Hoping for you to take action and rectify it.
