Hello team,
We all friends are watch most of movies in rajhans cinemas only from very young age. And we are very true friends of your hospitality in all rajhansh cinemas in surat pal, piplod old cinema, vesu.
But there is new rajhansh cinema in kataragam which not good as per your hospitality. We were in Rajhans cinema on 27th September at 9.45 pm for Jawan movie. Our screen no.2 and seat no. Is A-13,14. First of all there are 4 ticket counter 1st on ground floor, 2nd on 4th floor, 3rd on 6th floor and 4th on 8th floor. Only one ticket counter is open all three are close on pick time of cinema. This is not first time all three are close. We already get this experience 3 time.
And there is 3 ticket window on ground floor and only 1 ticket window is open. So everybody have to wait for atleast 20 min to get ticket for movie. We are there at 9.30 pm and we get ticket at 9.50 from ground floor ticket counter only. We also ask them to start another window or counter for smooth work but they ignore us and it’s okay we are not that much important for that words.
After this all we rush to our screen because already we are 5 minutes late. Screen no.2 Ac is not working properly. Everybody who came earlier are complaining about AC but no one is there to hear. After 30 minutes of movie Start we call Rajhans cinema kataragam from the screen 2 and ask them to check for AC. They reply okay we will check. But now one come to check. So we call them again after 10 min but no one reply. Again after 10 min we call and again no one responded. So when song is running in movie go to your staff and ask them than they came and check. And rudely very rudely told that ac is ok so we ask them seat here for 10 min and we show them our shirt which is already wet because of Sweat. But without proper solution person went from screen. We have to show movie because we already pay for it and no one came to refund us. During intermission we again ask them to repair it they said us ok we can fix it. After intermission still ac is not working. We call tham 5 time and they stopped responding (we attach screen shot of that call).
Please take action about this as soon as possible.
