Today 24/7/22 me and my 9 year old son and one of our relatives booked a movie at Palakkad New Aromatheatre. The show time is 6 o’clock. When we went to enter the theater at 6 o’clock by bike, two theater employees stopped us at the front gate of the theater. When I inquired about the reason why I could not go inside, I was told that the afternoon movie had not been released and that I would only enter after 6:15. We had a cup of tea from outside and inquired about why no one had entered the theater even after 6:30 and was told that the movie started at 6 and the theater management could not do anything. He came back home feeling very depressed and not having seen the movie due to the booked ticket money. Mentally we are very hurt by this. So we have taken punishment for the crime committed by the staff of the theater so please ensure us legal protection.
