I have book four different parcel f
through DTDC courier service on October 2021…out of which two were delivered but two parcels are not delivered on the proceded adress ..on tracking the I’d given by them one of my undelivered parcel shows success full delivery ..but actually ita was returned to the DTDC ware house …after two months of regular request and enquiry..they return my parcel to me…I have provided my full address and mobile number for such a case if my parcel is not delivered in given address it should be returned to me..but the DTDC courier service shows extreme negligence ..they didn’t even make me any call from their side that my parcel was returned back…even I made many call to them regarding my article …they troubled me alot…it is a extreme negligence from their side they charge full amount from me and didnot send my parcel to given address in given time
