I have been ordering things from myntra from several years. But recently iam facing the constant issues with delivery agent. He will not deliver the order directly to us nor he will not inform to whom he delivered the product in our absence.
We asked him to call us before delivering the product but he will not dp that instead he is not picking up our calls and giving missed calls and marking the delivery attemp/return request failed. When we asked him why he is not calling back or why he is not responding to our calls he is talking very rudely. I have tried explaining this to the customer service people multiple times but no proper resolution provided. Hence writing here and expecting some good response. We are seeing news now a days on delivery persons. If the delivery person is like this why myntra is hiring such delivery agents. And once they recieve complaint why they are not considering those complaints?
